Standard Service Scope

Our vacate cleaning service is designed to meet the stringent standards of real estate agencies and landlords. The standard cleaning checklist includes:

Rooms, Living Areas, Dining, Hallways, Corridors:

• Dusting all surfaces (shelves, baseboards, window sills, light fixtures)
• Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces
• Removing cobwebs from corners and ceilings
• Cleaning doors, door frames, and handles
• Wiping down walls around light switches
• Dusting blinds
• Cleaning light fittings, air vents, and aircon filters
• Cleaning internal windows, window frames, sills, and ledges

Kitchen:

• Cleaning both inside and outside of cabinets and drawers
• Wiping down countertops and backsplashes
• Cleaning sinks and faucets
• Cleaning stove, oven, range hood, and cooktop
• Cleaning dishwashers (inside and outside)
• Removing grease and grime from surfaces
• Cleaning light fittings and aircon vents
• Wiping down kick plates

Bathroom and Laundry:

• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, bathtubs, showers, and sinks
• Cleaning and polishing mirrors
• Scrubbing shower tiles and removing mould/calcium buildup
• Cleaning and disinfecting countertops and vanities
• Shining faucets and fixtures
• Removing soap scum and mildew (excess buildup may require specialist intervention which might incur extra charges)

External Areas:

• Garage: Sweeping, cobweb removal, cleaning light fittings and switches
• Patio/Alfresco: Sweeping, cobweb removal, and cleaning light fittings
• Removal of cobwebs from the house perimeter

Add-On Services

• Carpet Steam Cleaning: Professional cleaning to meet bond standards.
• External Window Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning of all external windows.
• Blinds Wiping: Spot wiping and dusting of blinds (specialist intervention may be required for heavily soiled blinds).
• Walls Cleaning: Spot wiping or deep cleaning, subject to on-site assessment. Worst-case conditions may incur charges starting at $44 per room/area.

Exclusions

• Pressure cleaning of exterior areas (patio, courtyard, garage) unless added for an extra fee.
• Professional tiles and grout cleaning (may be added at an extra charge).
• Cleaning of ceilings and curtains.
• Any tasks not listed in the standard cleaning checklist require separate requests or must be specified during the booking questionnaire.
